SHIPPING

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. International orders are not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The exterior of the package contains no indication of the contents or our business name.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Strata Peptide Systems is not responsible for shipments lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Accuracy

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Strata Peptide Systems is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

RETURNS

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any reason other than damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stratapeptidesystems.ca with:

- Your order number

- Photos of the damaged product or packaging

- A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
