Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide (five amino acids) that triggers the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. What makes it different from other secretagogues like GHRP-6 or GHRP-2 is what it doesn’t do — it doesn’t significantly raise cortisol, prolactin, or appetite hormones.
