TB 500 10MG
Each vial contains 10mg of highly pure TB-500.
TB-500 is a 43-amino-acid fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, which is the main protein in the body that controls actin — the scaffolding that gives cells their shape and lets them physically move. When tissue needs repair, cells have to migrate into the damaged area before anything else can happen. TB-500 is what drives that migration.
It also does something unusual: it reduces inflammation and promotes anti-inflammatory signaling at the same time. Published preclinical data shows it drops pro-inflammatory markers (TNF-α, IL-6) while boosting the anti-inflammatory marker IL-10. Most peptides do one or the other. TB-500 does both — which is why it’s paired with BPC-157 in nearly every repair-focused blend.
